“A Showroom With a Vision”

This ocean front showroom was strategically created to facilitate collaboration between designers and homeowners.  Previously a hair salon, the small space needed to be completely reimagined to serve the functional needs of the designers while simultaneously cultivating the high-end, boutique aesthetic that clients are hoping to achieve in their homes. To many, the footprint of the space would prove to be a challenge, but for this team it reflects their company’s mission to create functional, high quality, and intimate spaces for clients. The result leaves no space unturned – every square inch of the showroom serves a purpose.

Upon arrival, clients enter a space that feels distinctly residential with a fully functional kitchen, bar, coffee station, and dining nook. While the display might feel residential at first glance, it is strategically designed as a powerful sales tool. The display contains three cabinet lines, a mix of inset and overlay cabinetry and different interior organization and finish options for each. A few steps further into the space is a hidden coffee nook and built-ins that house all the available door styles, hardware, tile, glass, metal, and stone samples. From entrance to exit, the showroom serves as a visual representation of the quality, craftmanship, and value of a custom designed home.
